Alright, here’s a real modern classic with a twist! We’re used to hearing that term thrown around with furniture and interior design elements… but vehicles? Sure, why not!

One of my old favourites, the VW Westfalia Camper Van, that’s gone through a complete “remodel” if you will.

Canadian designer Alexandre Verdier really went all out when he designed the “green” version of the classic VW Camper. Some features include Solar Power panels on the roof, GPS navigation, hydraulic suspension and a 200hp hybrid gas/electric engine. Wow!

Target price: $69 000 USD

PS: It’s for real… even if it does look like a toy!

    Solar powered, hybrid, green… VW Camper!…

    I seriously doubt that you could find a cooler car than this! Canadian designer Alexandre Verdier really did a good job updating the “dated” VW Westfalia camper… 200HP and it’s green to boot. ;)…
