We love the Colore Pillow. Why? Because the felted wool is incredibly soft, and the clean, bold lines are great for adding color to any room. Pair one or two up with some simple white Area or Dwell sheets for a classic Scandinavian look. Simple, minimal, classic. The gray colors appeal to the purist in us: they are living “natural colors”" that aren’t dyed, but rather created as a result of mixing up to eight different colors of wool. The pillow comes complete with a high quality goose down insert.”

Do you want a different blanket? Something unlike anything you’ve seen before? We have a suggestion: Wallter Strip blankets. They’re different. Bold. Colorful. Rare — you won’t find these at Target and never at Pottery Barn. Wallter’s fluid geometric designs could only be produced by carefully hand-piecing the fabrics. Linda uses 100% wool flannel, and the blankets are great for year-round use.

Unless you’re one of those people who like to be out in the rain, there’s nothing nicer in a thundershower than being inside a warm room–and if it’s your bedroom, it’s particularly nice to be under a comforter. Looking out the window, you can see the beautiful patterns the rain makes on the glass as it streams down the windowpane. If your comforter’s in a Rain duvet from Area, you can see the same kinds of beautiful patterns embroidered on the duvet itself. (And as a handy bonus, the duvet is made of 200-thread-count cotton, rather than glass and cold water.)

In the lovely (and–surprisingly–only kind of ambivalent) maternity poem “Morning Song,”" Sylvia Plath describes the dawn, as seen from inside the nursery: “”The window square / Whitens and swallows its dull stars.”" To me, that’s exactly what Area’s Blocks pattern looks like, a bunch of windows onto some beautiful colored country where the sun is just rising (in the tangerine colorway, it’s just somewhat later in the day). And at 200-thread-count, these all-cotton sheets feel like a soft morning breeze.”

Do you want something different for your bed? Something unlike anything you’ve seen before? We have a suggestion: Wallter Bedding. It’s different. Thin. Colorful. Rare — you won’t find these at Target and never at Pottery Barn. Our Wallter items completely reinvent the bedspread. You simply hop out of bed in the morning, pull the streamlined wool or linen spreads over everything, and presto — instant mod. The “platform”" models tuck right into platform beds for the ultimate clean look. The “”boxspring”" versions are deep enough to help you pretend you have an actual platform bed. These spreads are not only attractive, they’re versatile. On a hot summer night, couple up some light cotton sheets with a Wallter spread and an open window, and you are good to go. Baby it’s cold outside? Then put a nice wool blanket under the spread — you’ll be cozy without the bulk of a comforter weighing you down. Sleepwalking will be a breeze!Coordinating pillows and throws complete the Wallter line, each meticulously crafted with the utmost care. They represent some of the most unique and attractive products we offer.”
