The Goetz Sofa draws upon the rich heritage of the Eameses’ mid-century work in molded plywood in such a way that it’s surprising to learn this sofa was designed in 1999. Rather than hiding the frame under padding and upholstery, Goetz celebrates the rich grain of the walnut veneer as it wraps around the sides and back of this sofa.
