Since it’s Sunday, I’ve decided to write up a short little post about a couple of comfy recliners that look like they’d really help with the Sunday relaxing…

These are both available from CSN Leather, an online retailer of leather furniture (off all styles). The prices are a lot more reasonable than most of the modern furniture retailers and while not all of their products are modern (some are), there is a great selection, even some stuff that would fit well into a contemporary interior.

The first is the “Mac Motion - 56 Series Leather Match Recliner” and it’s pretty nice, looks relaxing… and costs $859. It’s not that cheap but then again, compared to the $3k plus price tags of designer knock-offs it’s not that bad either! I’ll admit, it’s no Eames but I still wouldn’t object to spending some “quality time” in it.

The second is the “Mac Motion - P819 Series Leather Match Recliner” which is only $599. That’s pretty cheap when you think about it. For that kind of money you’re looking at either an IKEA lounger or a designer… lamp! Personally I’d say if you have a lounge or living area decked out in all designer furniture and it looks like the cover shot of a design mag, skip these two chairs. But if you (like me) have mostly non-designer furniture but still make an effort to keep the look modern and simple, you might want to take a closer look.
