Your fruit that is! Yah, freshly squeezed fruit juice is good. It’s full of vitamins and flavour!
The juice itself doesn’t really have much to do with modern living, in fact, modern people are usually in too much of a rush to squeeze… but you should. It’s healthy and delicious. Look at it like a luxury, a relatively cheap luxury that can really improve your mood.
I guess if you want me to make this post a little more relevant, I could suggest a few products for your home; juice related of course.
Me? I have a little electric juicer, a cheap one but it looks nice. For those with a taste for stainless steel (if your eyes like it, not your mouth) you could go for a professional model like those found in many European cafés (click here for a picture).
