Some of you might have already noticed the rotating picture gallery in the navigation menu… if not, it’s to your right.

What’s it all about? Simple, it’s a mini gallery featuring works from a NYC artist by the name of Doug Auld.

Although at first glance these images may look like scenes from the ocean or rain forest (fish, insects, etc…), look closer… they’re actually portraits of famous faces! I was pretty taken aback with his work after viewing his website that I just had to have one of these “surreal portraits”. So, long story short, I’m expecting my delivery by the end of the week!

I can’t wait to see what it will look like up on my wall.
I will, of course, post pictures for all to see…
